COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Project

Building strength in state, market and society

Governments, the private sector, and civil society will have to find the right pathways to recovery as the response phase to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) moves to longer-term recovery and resilience building. There is a pressing need to anticipate the recovery, carefully sequence restoration of public services, stimulus and investments strategies, and align them to create the basis for a next phase of growth and enhanced resilience.

Utilizing ISE’s decades of global expertise on disaster recovery and our extensive network of government, public sector, private sector, and civil society actors, ISE is undertaking work to prepare strategic pathways for recovery, prosperity, and strengthening resilience during and after the COVID-19 crisis.
