Based on ISE’s governance framework and toolkits, ISE’s Practical Solutions for Public Problems: The Ten Functions of the State Course aims to build capacity in the public sector by teaching current and rising leaders about the transformative power of good governance and to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to design, implement and accelerate government reforms to better serve citizens. The Course uses ISE’s knowledge and practical insights from more than a decade of research and on-the-ground experience and draws on our global network of thought leaders, development experts and policy professionals to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences based on real-world challenges.
